We will do our best to solve any issues. Most items can be returned for store credit, excluding shipping.

- Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Exchanges will only be accepted for these products if they are defective. All defective products can be returned.
Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable and additional design changes may incur additional cost.
Her Banana products are handmade so each may have minor variations and natural gemstones may vary slightly in colour. If you wish to refund or exchange an item, please:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Post it back within 7 days of receiving the item.
